Bricks FX – Digital Product Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Bricks FX. We appreciate your support and want to be fully transparent about our refund policy before and after your purchase.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Bricks FX products, including BFX Library and BFX Pro Toolkit, are digital goods delivered in the form of CSS class libraries, JSON configuration files, and JavaScript helper scripts. Once these files have been downloaded and accessed, there is no way for us to retrieve, revoke, or otherwise remove them from your possession. Unlike physical goods that can be returned to a seller, or subscription software that can be deactivated remotely, our products exist as standalone files on your computer the moment you download them. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

The Nature of Digital Goods

When you purchase a Bricks FX product, you receive immediate access to the full contents of that product. The files are yours to download, use, and implement across your own projects from the moment of purchase. There is no license server, no activation key, and no remote monitoring of any kind. We believe in giving you a clean, simple product without ongoing dependencies. However, this also means that once the product has been delivered, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed on our end.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a license to use Bricks FX products for your own personal or client projects. You are free to use the product on as many of your own websites as you need. However, you are not permitted to resell, redistribute, repackage, or share the product files with others in any form. This includes bundling the files into another product, offering them as part of a service or download, or making them available to third parties. The license is for your use only. Violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property.

Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you accidentally purchase the same product twice, or purchase BFX Library and BFX Pro Toolkit separately and then also purchase BFX Complete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to resolve duplicate purchase situations on a case by case basis.
